Refund Policy
Huelix sells digital reports that are delivered and unlocked immediately after payment. This policy explains when refunds are and aren’t available. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital goods — all sales final once unlocked
Because a paid report is a digital product that is generated and made available to you instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once the report has been unlocked. We are unable to offer a refund for a report you have already accessed.
2. EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, by purchasing a report and choosing to access it immediately, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the report has been unlocked. We obtain this consent at checkout.
3. When we will make it right
We will refund or otherwise resolve your purchase in these cases:
- You were charged but could not access your report due to a technical problem on our side that we cannot promptly fix.
- Duplicate or accidental charges — for example, you were billed twice for the same report.
- Unauthorized charges — contact us right away and we will investigate.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@huelix.co from the address on your account, within 14 days of the charge, and include the date of purchase and any relevant details. We aim to respond within a couple of business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
5. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
